ABout Lauren
Hi! I’m Lauren. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), board approved clinical supervisor, mother, expert listener, and realist. When I’m not working, you will likely find me in my garden, playing with my wild toddler, thrift shopping, or enjoying the outdoors.
For over twelve years, I have been working with women in an array of settings to help them address their emotional and behavioral struggles with the goal of getting them back to the life they want to live. Throughout my work in outpatient therapy, residential substance abuse treatment, emergency department, OB/GYN, and primary care settings, I have been able to see the benefit women receive when they have a therapist in their corner who understands just what it’s like to struggle with women’s specific issues. I firmly believe that emotionally and mentally healthy women are the future of a healthier world.
I provide online telehealth services to women throughout the states of Virginia, West Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida. My clients are looking to take better care of themselves, have support navigating a variety of life stressors and transitions, manage symptoms of anxiety and depression, cope with relationship problems, and/or find a sense of healing. Since opening my private practice in 2021, I have helped countless women feel more supported and less alone, and I’m ready to help you too!
