We do this by approaching your treatment using evidence-based practices, including the following evidence-based treatments: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Integrative Change Therapy (ICT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. We also incorporate interventions to assist you in learning mindfulness skills, increasing tools to improve self-compassion, helping you better navigate relationships with others, treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and low self-esteem. Our goal is to help you feel supported and empowered to make lasting change in your life and feel a sense of healing.

Our practice is composed of board approved supervisors and licensed therapists in Virginia and West Virginia. We offer an array of professional services.
