Our licensed therapists provide individual, one-on-one support, created to meet your unique set of needs and specific goals of therapy. We find that using a variety of therapeutic interventions and techniques provides you as the client with a more comprehensive and individualized treatment approach. We do this by approaching your treatment using evidence-based practices, including the following evidence-based treatments: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Integrative Change Therapy (ICT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. We also incorporate interventions to assist with learning mindfulness skills, increasing tools to improve self-compassion, helping you better navigate relationships with others, setting boundaries, treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and low self-esteem.
