Our licensed therapists provide individual, specialized one-on-one counseling, tailored to meet your specific goals and target your symptoms. From the very first interaction with our staff, we explore your wants and needs in therapy and help you set obtainable goals to ensure you get exactly what you want out of your treatment experience. We do this by approaching therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Integrative Change Therapy (ICT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. We also incorporate interventions to aid in improving mindfulness practices and increasing self-awareness, treating symptoms of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, and low self-esteem and confidence.
