At Psychotherapy for Women, our practice is designed with women’s health and wellness as our top priority. Our counselors and therapists specialize in helping women improve mood, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, support mother’s during their perinatal and postpartum times, and learn ways to better care of themselves.

Individual one-on-one Therapy

We provide individual, one-on-one support, tailored to your specific needs and goals of treatment. Using a number of different treatment modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Integrative Change Therapy (ICT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, we are able to provide a unique experience designed to meet your specific areas of concern.

Professional Consultation and Services

Psychotherapy for Women, LLC is comprised of board-approved supervisors and licensed psychotherapists in Virginia and West Virginia. We provide support specifically for community members, professionals, and human service agencies. In addition to counseling services, we also offer supervision for supervisees in social work, professional and peer consultation, home studies and assessments, and support our community and the lives of women and children.
